Damaged/Wrong Product Received

If you received the wrong item or noticed a defect on your TOMS before wearing them, please avoid using the product and reach out to us right away so we can help make it right. If your shoes have been worn and you are experiencing a defect, please fill out our Warranty Form instead.


To ensure a quick resolution, please include:


  • Your order number, product name, and a description of the issue in the message field below.
  • A few clear photos showing the item you received, the shoe box/product label, and your packing slip.

We won't be able to review your claim without those photos, so please don't skip this step. It will help us get you back into your TOMS faster!
