Warranty Claim
If you believe that the TOMS product you purchased show a defect due to materials or manufacturing within 60 days of purchase and after being worn, please make sure you submit the requested information with the claim form below. If you just received your item, it has not been worn and you are experiencing a defect, please fill out our Damaged/Wrong Item Received Form.
- Include order number and product name or description in the message field below.
- Upload photos clearly showing the issue and general condition of the product. These photos will assist us in reviewing your case. We are unable to review your claim without the requested photos.
Please note that this warranty does not apply to fair wear and tear, willful damage, abnormal storage, alterations, repairs, improper fit, scratched lenses (for eyewear) or improper/unreasonable use.
If you purchased your product(s) from a retailer, please contact them directly for information on any warranty they may offer.
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to review and provide a final resolution for your claim. Should we notice that your claim is incomplete, or we require additional information, we will contact you. Please note that all additional information requested needs to be sent to TOMS within 30 days of initial request, otherwise your claim will be closed. During sale or high volume periods, we may experience some delay in handling your claim. Thanks for your patience.
